Directed the creation of the first comprehensive brand identity for an e-commerce startup, working alongside co-founders to define brand guidelines encompassing logo design, icon system, color palette, and typography. Designed a comprehensive packaging design for the product line. Communicated in person with suppliers and print factories to finalize material choice and packaging production.
